About the event
Come and enjoy a day with nature! North East children entering Grades 1st through 5th are welcome. We will be conducting a discovery walk, scavenger hunt, and nature play. Transportation to Park will be provided. Drop off @ NEIE Library Entrance 8:30. Breakfast will be served from 8:30-9:00. Lunch is provided. Pick up at Fishermen’s Beach @2:30 or arrangements can be made for NEIE Library Entrance. Please dress for hiking along creek and lakefront. Event will take place rain or shine.
